New Year Update from the Griffith Family

Hello and happy new year!

We hope you had a wonderful new year and had some time to unwind and spend quality time with your families. It is hard to believe that the first month of 2023 is almost over!

During the first week of January, we were able to visit Bangkok, Thailand and experience the local culture, eat delicious food, and visit exciting places. From the floating market to a train market, beautiful malls and big aquariums, the boys had quite the adventure!

This week, we have also been busy preparing for Chinese New Year. Preparing for Chinese New Year is a special time filled with anticipation and excitement. From shopping for traditional foods, to setting up decorations and buying firecrackers, there's something special about the weeks leading up to the celebration. Dishes like dumplings, spring rolls and fish are eaten on this joyful day as families gather together to share stories, exchange gifts, and enjoy watching the beautiful fireworks light up the night sky.

Please keep praying for the sale of our house in Gore! We believe and pray that God will provide us with the right buyer soon.

1 Thessalonians 5:16 says “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” We encourage you to keep rejoicing amidst everything that is happening around you, and to keep Christ at the centre.
